    Patricia Reiff, Au.D./FAAA – Director of Audiology

    Dr. Patricia Reiff is the owner and director of Associates in Hearing. She is a Doctor of Audiology and hearing aid specialist who has over 30 years of experience in the Philadelphia area. 

    She has a special interest and expertise with Occupational Noise Exposure and works with numerous industries designing and implementing effective hearing conservation programs that comply with OSHA’s regulations, as well as preventing occupational hearing loss. She formerly held the position of Coordinator of Audiology for a large rehabilitation agency. In 1986, she started her own private practice that expanded in 1987 when she purchased Hearing Aid Specialists, which had been in business for 30 years. The new corporate name, Associates in Hearing, Inc., has its main office in the same building, 100 West Main Street, Suite 105, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reiff’s main philosophy is that QUALITY service is the most critical element in order to successfully fit individuals with hearing aid devices. She encourages ongoing follow-up service and is truly committed to comprehensive patient care.

    In her free time, Dr. Reiff enjoys walking at the park, traveling (especially to the National Parks and Europe) and spending time with her family.  She recently welcomed her first grandchild into the world and it has been a true blessing.

    David Flynn, Au.D./CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology

    Dr. David Flynn has been a practicing audiologist at Associates in Hearing since 2012 and brings a wealth of experience working in a multitude of different clinical settings.

    David completed his 4th-year externship experience at Associates in Hearing, which allowed him to apply the knowledge he learned while receiving high-quality training in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss. During his clinical experience in graduate school, David had the opportunity to work at several additional audiological sites including the Bloomsburg University Hearing and Balance Center, Bloomsburg Hospital, Pottsville Hospital, Lehigh Valley Hospital, and an Otolaryngologist office in Palmerton, PA. Furthermore, David completed his doctoral thesis entitled, “The Effect of Monocular and Binocular Vision on the Perception of Verticality during Subjective Visual Vertical.” Dr. Flynn is a member of both the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Flynn is eager to apply the most up to date diagnostic and treatment plans that he has learned with his patients. His ambition is to improve the quality of life for those in need of hearing help by providing the highest quality care.

    When Dr. Flynn isn’t in the office he enjoys staying active through different sports like basketball, tennis, and golf, cheering on our Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time with family and friends. He recently welcomed a baby girl into the world and is enjoying life a father.

    Aubrey Marley, Au.D./CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology

    Dr. Aubrey Marley started at our practice in May of 2016 and obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in May 2017.  Dr. Marley gained an array of clinical experience working with Temple University Hospital, Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and the Pennsylvania Ear Institute.

    Aubrey obtained a degree in Speech Pathology and Hearing Sciences from Temple University in 2013.  Some of the main reasons she became an audiologist are because hearing impairment has impacted some of her family and she has a deep passion for helping others.  If you see her vibrant smile next time you are in the office, feel free to say hello!

    In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys to run, travel and spend time with her loved ones.  She was recently married and is now enjoying life with her husband.

    Mary Kay Mariano – Patient Care Coordinator

    Mary Kay Mariano has been at Associates in Hearing for more than 10 years, assisting the audiologists, taking care of walk-in patients, performing various office tasks, and handling special projects. 

    She spends some time coordinating various industries in the Philadelphia Area where we perform OSHA-mandated hearing screenings on industrial workers. Mary Kay uses her educational background to teach others about hearing loss, the prevention of hearing loss and instructs those who have chosen to improve their hearing by purchasing hearing aids from us.  Mary Kay is married to her husband John and has four children.  In her spare time, she enjoys life with her growing family, especially her two grandchildren John and Lucia, and also loves working out in the gym.  When her husband and she have a weekend to spare, they take adventurous rides on their Harley Davidson.



    Sean Reiff, B.A., COHC – Business Manager

    Sean Reiff started with Associates in Hearing in September of 2013 and has helped contribute to the business, IT and marketing efforts. 

    He is very passionate about the innovative technologies that are arising within the hearing industry, from iPhone connectivity to alternative hearing solutions.  In 2014, Sean became Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and now contributes to the industrial hearing testing and education at Associates in Hearing.  Sean graduated from West Virginia University in the Spring of 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.  He is now pursuing his MBA at Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a concentration in Strategic Management.  During Sean’s free time he enjoys working out, watching his Philadelphia sports teams, and trying out new restaurants and cuisine. 



    Karen Fry – Office Manager

    Karen Fry heads our office staff and brings with her over 30 years administrative experience. 

    She attended Millersville University and also took courses at Lansdale School of Business.  Her kind voice has been greeting our patients for over 5 years and her business expertise ensures that the office runs smoothly at all times.  She is the front-woman for all insurance and billing questions.  Karen is always ready to help patients along the pathway to better hearing.  Outside the office, Karen enjoys yoga, power walking, traveling and the theater.  She and her husband also love spending time with family and friends, in particular with their granddaughter, Gracelyn.
